Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in leadership roles in medical aesthetics or luxury service.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
• Strong KPI, financial and operations knowledge.
• Excellent communication and problem solving.
• Ability to translate data into action.

• Own location performance including revenue growth and patient experience.
• Lead, coach, and develop all team members.
• Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and drive improvements.
• Partner with marketing and leadership to execute initiatives.
