Advanced MedAesthetic Partners (AMP) is seeking a driven Practice Manager to lead the DMV Area clinic, drive growth, and oversee daily operations with a data-driven, patient-centric approach.

The role requires strong leadership, KPI proficiency, and a passion for enhancing the patient journey. You will collaborate with regional management and providers to execute strategic initiatives and develop high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of leadership or management experience in medical aesthetics, luxury retail, or high-end customer service.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams.
• Strong understanding of KPI management, financial literacy (P&L management), business operations, and performance improvement.
• Strong computer and technical literacy skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop all team members within the practice.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Manage onboarding, training, performance management, and employee development.
• Conduct regular coaching conversations and performance reviews.
• Develop future leaders and build a strong, engaged team.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the location team and senior leadership.
• Champion an exceptional patient experience from inquiry through retention.
• Monitor patient feedback and identify opportunities to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
• Partner with providers and front desk teams to create a seamless patient journey.
• Develop and execute retention and relationship-building strategies that support long-term patient growth.
