Job summary

Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic is seeking a Practice Coordinator to lead administrative and clinical-support staff. You will ensure excellent patient service, coordinate coverage, and liaise between staff, clinicians, and management to maintain efficient operations.

The role requires 2–3 years in a physician's office with strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage scheduling and workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with business or associate degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of physician office experience required.
• Familiarity with patient management systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead administrative and clinical-support staff while ensuring excellent patient service.
• Act as liaison between staff, clinicians, and management.
• Coordinate coverage and PTO across practice coordinators.
• Oversee scheduling, pre-op assessment, and procedural workflows.
• Maintain open communication with providers and leadership.
• Fill in for absentee staff when needed.
