Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of assigned areas.
• Assist with recruitment, hiring, orientation, training and coaching of MA staff.
• Maintain scheduling, time and attendance for the MA staff.
• Evaluate the performance of MA staff, recommend promotions and disciplinary action.
• Fill in as Medical Assistant when needed.
• Assist providers with exams, procedures.
