Job summary

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking an Office Coordinator to oversee specified office areas in collaboration with the Practice Manager and to ensure friendly, efficient patient service and smooth overall office flow.

You will supervise day-to-day operations, address complex patient and insurance issues, assist with staff recruitment, scheduling, and coaching, and support quality improvement and disease management programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of medical office experience with reception duties.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Education: High School Diploma; associate or bachelor's in management/healthcare admin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of assigned areas in the office.
• Manage complex patient reception/records problems or insurance issues.
• Provide suggestions to improve processes and customer experience.
