Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two or more years of health care experience required.
• Experience in a medical practice operations role preferred.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Focused on compliance and continuous growth.
• Quality-driven and service-oriented with strong time management.
• Ability to communicate clearly with patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates various operational and administrative tasks and liaises between providers, practice employees and Access Center POD team.
• Supports onsite oversight of processes, workflow, collaboration and patient experience.
• Identifies opportunities for improvement and supports continuous improvement activities.
• Ensures operational readiness for clinical and clerical operations (schedules, inventory, equipment, cleanliness, daily huddles).
• Acts as escalation point and facilitates issue resolution (operational, technological, patient, staff).
• Supports new hire orientation, onboarding, training and timely feedback.
• Partners with leadership for input into annual performance evaluations.
• Educates staff/providers on operational, technology, policy changes.
• Performs duties of other practice roles when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
