The role requires a high school diploma and at least two years in health care, preferably in medical practice operations. You will coordinate tasks, support onboarding, and help drive continuous improvement across the practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two or more years of health care experience required.
• Experience in a medical practice operations role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational and administrative tasks and liaise between providers, staff, and Access Center POD team members.
• Provide onsite oversight of processes, workflow, and patient experience.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and support continuous improvement activities.
• Ensure operational readiness for clinical and clerical operations (schedules, inventory, equipment, cleanliness, daily huddles, time management systems).
• Serve as point of escalation for operational, technological, patient, and personnel issues.
• Support new hire orientation and onboarding, training and timely performance feedback.
• Partner to provide input into employees' annual performance evaluations.
• Support education of staff and providers regarding changes.
