Responsibilities

• Coordinates operational and administrative tasks (e.g., scheduling-related duties) and acts as liaison between providers, staff, and Access Center POD.
• Provides onsite oversight of processes, workflow, and employee collaboration to ensure a positive patient experience.
• Identifies opportunities for improvement and supports continuous quality improvement activities.
• Ensures readiness for clinical and clerical operations, including updating schedules and managing supplies and equipment.
• Escalates and resolves operational, patient, and personnel issues as needed.
• Supports new hire orientation, onboarding, and ongoing training and feedback.
• Assists in performance evaluations and education of staff regarding policy changes.
