Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years health care experience required.
• Experience in a medical practice operations role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational and administrative tasks (e.g., WQs, cash management) and liaise between providers, staff and Access Center POD to ensure smooth operation.
• Provide onsite oversight of processes, workflow execution, employee collaboration and patient experience.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and support continuous improvement activities (quality, patient satisfaction, access).
• Ensure operational readiness for clinical and clerical operations (scheduling, inventory, equipment, cleanliness, daily huddles).
• Serve as escalation point and facilitate resolution for operational, technical, patient, and staff issues.
