St. Luke’s University Health Network seeks an experienced Manager, Practice Operations to lead and optimize operations across assigned medical practices. You will drive scheduling, staffing, and performance initiatives while ensuring a high-quality patient experience and regulatory compliance.

Role requires strong leadership, healthcare operations experience, and collaboration with multiple departments to support growth and efficiency.

Formación

• Minimum of 2+ years of medical office or practice operations experience, including at least 1 year in a healthcare setting.
• Experience managing or supporting daily operations such as staffing coordination, scheduling, patient access, workflow management, and regulatory compliance
• Demonstrated ability to supervise staff, support performance management, and maintain service and quality standards

Responsabilidades

• Performs leadership and managerial functions for direct reports across the employee life cycle.
• Ensures operational readiness for clinical and administrative operations, including scheduling and inventory.
• Manages practice operations, workflow execution, and patient experience.
• Partners with Billing/Coding, Facilities, and Access Center to coordinate operations.
• Maintains collaboration with Access Center and centralized functions for seamless operations.
• Escalates operational, technological, patient, and employee issues as needed.
• Aims for strong financial performance through expense management and growth.
• Monitors practice performance and identifies improvement opportunities using a team-based approach.
• Uses practice leads to support oversight of workflows and processes.
• Ensures adherence to policies and governance principles.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
