Job summary

Geode Health Inc. is seeking a flexible Practice Assistant to float among Conyers, Peachtree Corners, and Snellville offices. This role combines front-office and clinical support to ensure smooth daily operations and outstanding patient experiences.

You will manage patient touchpoints, schedules, referrals, and payments, while maintaining HIPAA compliance and supporting providers in a fast-paced outpatient mental health practice.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of medical office or healthcare experience preferred.
• Mental health or outpatient clinical experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and computer skills.
• Comfortable learning new technology platforms/systems.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a welcoming first point of contact and deliver excellent service.
• Manage daily schedules, confirmations, cancellations, and waitlists.
• Coordinate patient intake, referrals, and documentation.
• Collect payments and document co-pays and balances.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
