Geode Health is a rapidly growing national provider of outpatient mental health services. Our Practice Assistant floats between multiple offices and supports both administrative and clinical operations to keep the practice running smoothly.

The role emphasizes front-office excellence, patient communication, and seamless coordination across Sandy Springs, Decatur, Midtown, Downtown, and North Druid Hills offices. A strong focus on HIPAA compliance and efficient office workflow is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of medical office or healthcare experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and computer skills.
• Comfortable answering the phone as a firm expectation.
• Self-starter, go-getter with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for patients and provide exceptional service.
• Manage daily schedules, confirmations, cancellations, and waitlists; support check-in/check-out.
