Job summary

Geode Health is seeking a proactive Practice Assistant to float between Sandy Springs, Decatur, Midtown, Downtown, and North Druid Hills offices. This role blends front-office hospitality with operational support to providers and patients.

As the first point of contact, you will manage schedules, coordinate referrals and forms, handle collections, protect patient confidentiality, and help keep the practice running smoothly while delivering on our mission to improve access to mental health care.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of medical office or healthcare experience preferred.
• Mental health or outpatient clinical experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and computer skills.
• Comfortable learning new technology platforms/systems.

Responsibilities

• Serving as the first point of contact for patients and families.
• Manage daily schedules, confirmations, cancellations and waitlists.
• Coordinate patient intake, referrals, forms, and follow-ups with providers.
