Geode Health is seeking a Practice Assistant to float between multiple offices, delivering warm patient contact and reliable office support across administrative and clinical operations.

The role emphasizes managing schedules, coordinating patient needs, and ensuring a smooth patient experience while supporting providers and the practice team in a fast-paced outpatient mental health setting.

Competenze

• 1+ year of medical office or healthcare experience preferred.
• Mental health or outpatient clinical experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and computer skills.
• Comfortable learning new technology platforms/systems.
• A self-starter with time-management skills.
• Comfortable answering the phone and supporting patient populations.

Mansioni

• Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for patients and provide exceptional customer service.
• Manage daily schedules, appointment confirmations, cancellations, and waitlists.
• Coordinate patient intake and assist with referrals, authorizations, forms, and follow-up needs.
• Support communication between patients, providers, and the practice team.
• Maintain accurate, secure patient records and support efficient office workflows.
• Assist providers and clinical staff with administrative needs to keep the practice running smoothly.
