Serenity is seeking a Practice Manager, Sales & Operations in Richardson, TX. You will own the full daily operation of a high-volume site, drive sales results, coach the team, and maintain top-tier member experience.

You’ll lead with accountability, manage KPIs, and push for excellence in every interaction. The role rewards a proven track record in blending hospitality-style service with revenue growth, without requiring industry-specific background.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience blending operations management and sales.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Demonstrated accountability to KPIs and data-driven decisions.
• Background in hospitality, upscale retail, or premium service operations is a plus.
• Experience delivering direct performance conversations and ownership of issues.
• Ability to drive revenue while running operations at a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Own the full day-to-day operation of a high-volume service location, including staffing and workflow.
• Drive sales performance across the location with clearly defined revenue targets and KPIs.
• Set performance standards and sustain them through coaching and accountability.
• Ensure efficient, professional member interactions and convert sales opportunities.
• Track location KPIs and use data to make operational and commercial decisions.
• Identify underperformance early and address it with clear follow-through.
