Job summary

Serenity Healthcare in Richardson, TX is hiring a Practice Manager, Sales & Operations to own a high-volume service location — the team, the floor, the numbers, and the member experience.

You will lead visibly, drive revenue, coach a performance-driven team, and ensure every member interaction meets Serenity’s standards while optimizing KPIs and sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience with a demonstrated blend of operations management and sales.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Demonstrated accountability to KPIs with data-driven decisions.
• Experience in hospitality, upscale retail, or premium service operations is a strong advantage.
• Direct performance conversations with measurable outcomes.
• Proactively identifying underperformance and addressing it with clear follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Own the full day-to-day operation of a high-volume service location — staffing, workflow, floor presence, and output quality
• Drive sales performance across the location with defined revenue targets and KPIs
• Set and uphold performance standards through coaching and accountability
• Ensure every member interaction is efficient and reflects Serenity's service level while converting sales opportunities
• Track location KPIs and use data to inform operational and commercial decisions
• Identify underperformance early and address it directly with clarity
