Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in health or business administration or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.
• Minimum three to five years’ experience in a healthcare or clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises day-to-day clinic functions in the market/division.
• Implement policies and procedures governing clinic operations.
• Conduct staff performance evaluations.
• Interpret policies to employees, patients and regulators as needed.
• Review and update policies to ensure compliance with regulations.
