The University of Utah Health West Valley Clinic seeks an experienced operations leader to oversee non-clinical department operations, budgets, and staff. You will ensure effective coordination between leadership, clinical and non-clinical teams to deliver high-quality patient care.

This role emphasizes budgeting, performance management, and staff development, supporting the clinic’s mission of compassionate, patient-centered care.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalency.
• Four years of progressively more responsible leadership experience.
• Master's degree in a related field is preferred.
• One year of supervisory experience is desirable.

Mansioni

• Plan, organize, and control all internal operations of the assigned department.
• Manage budgetary information and achieve department objectives.
• Act as liaison between department and customers and staff to ensure quality service.
• Lead, train, and develop staff; oversee hiring and performance management.
• Uphold quality standards and drive continuous process improvements.
