Job summary

Mountain View Hospital is seeking a Clinic Manager to oversee the operational performance of our clinic department and related services. The role involves staffing, coordinating with physicians for high‑quality patient care, and supervising the department’s information systems and budget to meet organizational goals.

You will ensure efficient workflow, assist with staff development, and maintain compliance with applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or relevant equivalent.
• Two to five years’ supervisory/management experience in a Physician Office or Hospital Department.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
• Good understanding of budgeting and accounting for financial purposes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operational performance of the assigned department and clinic services.
• Prepare staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage for patient volume needs.
• Work with physicians to ensure high-quality patient care and accurate diagnosis.
• Oversee department budget, expenses, and patient billing processes.
• Coordinate and supervise the department’s information systems and workflow.
