Job summary

Valley Health seeks a Practice Manager to direct daily operations across assigned practices, developing programs to maximize patient access and provider efficiency. You will lead staffing structures for high-quality care and patient satisfaction, and participate in multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care across the Valley Health network.

Education: Bachelor's degree or 10 years of practice experience; Experience: 3 years in physician practice; Supervisory experience of 1 year; ACMPE

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or minimum 10 years of practice experience.
• 3 years of physician practice experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of coding, billing or revenue cycle preferred.
• ACMPE Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations and develop plans to maximize access and provider efficiency.
• Develop staffing structures to meet high-quality care and patient satisfaction goals.
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to plan and implement programs across the physician network and affiliates.
