Job summary

Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare is seeking a Clinic Practice Manager to lead the daily operations of a clinic location or specialty, ensuring efficient workflows and strong patient care. You will partner with providers and staff to build a positive, high-performing team and drive operational excellence.

You will monitor performance, engage employees, and support development initiatives while maintaining regulatory compliance and alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Three to five years of related healthcare, clinic operations, or leadership experience required.
• Medical Assistant Certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of an assigned clinic location or specialty area.
• Lead, develop, and support clinic employees to foster a productive and positive work environment.
• Partner with providers and support departments to ensure efficient clinic operations and exceptional patient care.
• Address patient and customer concerns and work toward timely and effective resolution.
• Monitor clinic performance, resource utilization, and operational effectiveness.
