Horizon Health and Wellness is seeking a Practice Manager to lead clinical and non-clinical teams, oversee daily operations, and ensure top-notch patient service across multiple sites in Arizona. The role includes managing scheduling, billing workflows, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of medical office management experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office. This position emphasizes teamwork and community impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years medical office management experience.
• Knowledge and experience with Electronic Medical Records and Microsoft Office software.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of State and Federal regulations related to health care.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends on an emergency basis.
• Must obtain and maintain a fingerprint card and pass a background check.
• Demonstrable leadership and management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of front and back-office processes.
• Oversee scheduling, data collection, and billing workflows.
• Manage vaccine and medication logistics and referrals.
• Ensure quality customer service delivery across clinics.
• Supervise clinical and non-clinical staff and training.
• Uphold regulatory compliance in all activities.
