Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in health or business administration or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.
• Minimum three to five years’ experience in a healthcare or clinic setting.

Responsabilités

• Plan, develop, organize, implement and direct the day-to-day functions of the clinics.
• Implement written policies and procedures governing clinic operations.
• Conduct performance evaluations for staff positions.
• Interpret the practice’s policies and procedures to employees, patients and agencies.
• Review and update policies to ensure compliance with current regulations.
• Collaborate with market manager and staff on operations and service improvement.
• Provide leadership reports and recommendations to management.
