Qualifications

• Experience with budgets, payroll, and administrative processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support administrative and clinical staff across one or more practice locations.
• Manage staffing schedules, identify coverage needs, and coordinate replacements.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop team members while fostering a positive environment.
• Monitor performance, conduct evaluations, and support employee growth through training.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and adherence to organizational policies.
• Improve practice operations by evaluating workflows and implementing improvements.
• Partner with practice leadership on budgeting and payroll oversight.
• Support patient billing and revenue cycle activities.
