Job summary

Mass General Brigham seeks an experienced Practice Manager to lead operations for three specialty service lines in the North Shore, with primary sites in Danvers and Salem and travel to other sites. You will supervise administrative and clinical staff, oversee budgeting, payroll, and billing, and partner with care leaders to improve access and patient experience.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of supervisory experience in healthcare, a Bachelor's degree, and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required.
• 5–7 years supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong Microsoft Office/Excel skills and budget oversight ability.
• Excellent communication, organization and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily administrative performance and staff schedules.
• Manages hiring, orientation, evaluation and staff development.
• Ensures HIPAA training and compliance across staff.
• Monitors budgets, payroll, and revenue-cycle procedures.
