Qualifications

• Education: Associate's Degree Related Field of Study preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Licenses and Credentials: Supervisory experience 0-1 year; 2-3 years in academic healthcare environment.
• Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Office Suite proficiency, strong communication, leadership, time management, and GAAP familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, evaluate, train and develop support staff.
• Provide day-to-day supervision and direction to support staff.
• Assign work and monitor performance.
• Coordinate managed care/billing functions including referrals, insurance verification, registration, cash collection, forms and billing.
• Assess and manage operational functions including scheduling, wait times, staffing, tests and follow-up.
• Oversee purchase orders, petty cash and check requests.
• Maintain and order office supplies and equipment.
