You will analyze business and system requirements, assist in setting up practice management and electronic charge capture processes, and design reports using Excel, Access, and BI tools. The role covers process improvement, governance for clinic-wide policies, and collaboration with physicians and staff to ensure compliant, efficient operations.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with physician practice management applications.
• Understanding of ANSI X12 EDI transaction sets.
• Proficient in MS Office, including Access.
• Experience with Epic PM or GE Centricity a plus.

Mansioni

• Provide support to PFS Directors.
• Analyze and recommend business and system requirements for office functions.
• Provide business perspective for file maintenance and system setup decisions.
• Offer system support to physicians and staff, including issue retention and workflow review.
• Analyze workflows and identify automation methods for office processes.
• Build and maintain dictionaries and fee schedules; integrate with other systems.
• Establish clinic-wide policies and procedures for monitoring compliance.
• Design and implement reports using DBMS, Excel, Access, Epic Workbench, etc.
• Oversee practice management system and electronic charge capture system upgrades and testing.
• Carry out Diver Reporting for providers and month-end reporting.
