Qualifications

• Knowledge of ANSI X12 EDI transaction sets.
• Experience writing reports using BI software.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to PFS Directors.
• Analyze and recommend improvements for office business and system requirements.
• Support physicians and staff with system usage and issue resolution.
• Review workflows and implement automation for office processes.
• Create and maintain dictionaries and fee schedules.
• Establish clinic-wide policies for compliance monitoring.
• Design reports using DBMS, Excel, Access, and Epic Workbench.
