Qualifications

• Experience with physician practice management applications; Epic PM and GE Centricity Business preferred.
• Understanding of ANSI X12 EDI transaction sets.
• Report writing using BI software.
• Proficient in MS Office, including Access.
• Project management skills to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to PFS Directors.
• Analyze and recommend business and system requirements for office functions.
• Provide business perspective for file maintenance and system setup decisions.
• Provide system support to physicians and staff; identify problems and review workflows.
• Analyze workflow to determine best methods for automating office processes.
• Build and maintain dictionaries and fee schedules; consider process design and integration.
• Establish clinic-wide policies and procedures for monitoring compliance.
• Design and implement reports using DBMS, Excel, Access, Epic Workbench, etc.
• Oversee practice management and electronic charge capture system upgrades and testing for end users.
• Handle Diver Reporting for providers and month-end reporting.
