You will collaborate across finance, IT, attorneys, staff, and vendors to understand needs, diagnose issues, and implement practical improvements that improve reporting, data quality, and user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field is required.
• 3+ years of professional experience in financial/business systems analysis or related role.
• Experience analyzing workflows, documenting requirements, and coordinating with IT/vendors.

Responsibilities

• Act as data custodian for firm practice management and financial systems.
• Serve as liaison to evaluate business needs, analyze issues, and propose solutions.
• Analyze, support, enhance, and maintain Fulcrum and related systems.
• Evaluate user-reported issues across configuration, access, permissions, and data quality.
• Generate, analyze, and interpret reports for attorneys, staff, and management.
• Provide training and ongoing guidance to end users on system usage and processes.
