Job summary

LifeStance Health in Georgia is seeking a Practice Group Manager to lead on-site teams across Decatur and Atlanta offices, coaching clinicians and staff, monitoring workflows, and ensuring delivery of high-quality patient care within financial targets.

You will drive operational excellence, manage performance metrics, support onboarding, and foster a positive, collaborative culture aligned with LifeStance values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of healthcare leadership OR 5+ years of healthcare leadership experience.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site teams across assigned offices to ensure clinical, operational and financial objectives are met.
• Monitor workflow processes, clinician/patient satisfaction and performance metrics.
• Coach and develop office staff and clinicians; manage performance and engagement of direct reports.
• Collaborate with leaders to ensure adherence to LifeStance SOPs and patient access goals.
• Build strong relationships with local referral sources and promote LifeStance in local geographies.
