Job summary

Blacksmith Agency, a remote-first AI-enabled digital agency, seeks a PPC Manager, Senior Living. You will own paid media for senior living clients across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft ads, guiding strategy, budgets, and the narrative on client calls.

You will build 90-day and quarterly roadmaps, optimize campaigns, and drive growth through retention and upsell, working with US clients on live calls and coordinating with a specialized SEO team when needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta with direct campaign management.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for senior living or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

About The Role

As PPC Manager, Senior Living you own paid media for a book of senior living clients (senior living operators and home care agencies with many communities): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
