Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency hiring a Paid Media Manager, Senior Living. You will own paid media for senior living clients, shaping strategy, budgets, and narrative for calls with clients. You are the strategic voice and make the calls.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, handle budget decisions, testing, and tracking. Remote work is available for USA, Canada, Latin America, or South Africa.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for senior living or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

As Paid Media Manager, Senior Living you own paid media for a book of senior living clients (senior living operators and home care agencies with many communities): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.
