You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls. Expect remote collaboration with US-based clients, and a focus on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, with strict ROAS and pipeline delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Google Ads and Meta campaign optimization.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements with examples.
• Experience managing multiple clients at an agency.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and testing.
• Ensure trusted conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager, and pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and present results.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
