Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a PPC Manager, Senior Living, to own paid media for a portfolio of senior living clients. You will drive targeting, budget decisions, and the roadmap, serving as the strategic voice on client calls.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms, with GA4-based tracking and pixel implementation. This is a remote role with US focus and international eligibility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for multi-location senior living or similar businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Set conversion tracking and reliable attribution using GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90 day and quarterly roadmaps and explain the numbers to clients.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell, and long-term client relationships.

About The Role

As PPC Manager, Senior Living you own paid media for a book of senior living clients (senior living operators and home care agencies with many communities): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
