Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Senior Living you own paid media for a book of senior living clients (senior living operators and home care agencies with many communities): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why.

You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls. You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize budgets and bidding, ensure robust conversion

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• Track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for senior living or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and narrate the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth: retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
