Blacksmith Agency, a remote-first AI-enabled digital agency, seeks a PPC Manager for Senior Living clients. You will own paid media strategy, budgets, and narratives on client calls, focusing on multi-location senior living operators and home care networks.

You will lead campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize ROAS, CPA, and pipeline metrics, and guide quarterly roadmaps with data-driven storytelling for senior living accounts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements with data you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for senior living or multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to pause or scale.
• Conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and present the story behind the numbers.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Senior Living you own paid media for a book of senior living clients (senior living operators and home care agencies with many communities): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring
