Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Service Manager or Service Advisor in motorsports, automotive, or powersports dealerships.
• Strong leadership and team management skills for a high-energy shop.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service department operations including scheduling, workflow, and technician productivity.
• Mentor service technicians and advisors to ensure quality repairs and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate diagnostics, maintenance, and repair services for powersports vehicles.
• Monitor KPIs, labor rates, and profitability goals; manage parts inventory.
