Qualifications

• Prior experience as a service advisor in motorsports, powersports, or automotive dealership settings.
• Strong knowledge of motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, or other motorsports vehicles.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret repair orders, service manuals, and warranty documentation.
• Proficiency with dealership management software (DMS) is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customers and jobs.

Responsibilities

• Write up accurate and detailed repair orders for powersports, motorsports, and recreational vehicles.
