Qualifications

Owen Motor Group Inc is looking for a driven and experienced Motor Sports Service Manager to lead our service department in Charleston, IL. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily service department operations including scheduling, workflow, and technician productivity
• Manage and mentor service technicians and advisors to ensure quality repairs and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate powersports vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repair services efficiently
• Monitor service department KPIs, labor rates, and profitability goals
• Handle customer escalations and ensure a top-tier service experience from write-up to delivery
• Maintain compliance with manufacturer warranty procedures and service standards
• Order and manage parts inventory to support timely repair completion

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Service Manager or Service Advisor in a motorsports, powersports, or automotive dealership
• Strong knowledge of motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, or related powersports equipment
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical service manuals and warranty documentation
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency with dealer management software (DMS) preferred
• Valid driver's license required; relevant certifications a plus
• Able to work Saturdays
