Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor's preferred.
• Experience in motorsports or automotive retail preferred.
• Passion for motorsports and customer service.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; Class M endorsement a plus.
• Willing to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on arrival

• Assist customers in selecting motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, or other motorsports vehicles meet their needs and budget
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
• Present and demonstrate motorsports vehicle features, specifications, and performance capabilities
• Conduct test drives/rides
• Negotiate sales contracts and financing options while maintaining customer satisfaction
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly individual sales targets
• Stay current on new inventory, promotions, and industry trends
• Collaborate with service and finance departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Use CRM software to maintain a customer database to drive sales

You will greet guests and build rapport, answer questions about vehicles, and facilitate test drives/rides. This is a great position for someone with strong interpersonal skills and sales experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Previous sales experience, preferably in motorsports, powersports, or automotive retail is preferred
• Genuine passion for motorsports, powersports, or recreational vehicles
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications
• Valid state-issued driver's license and clean driving record are required (Class M Endorsement is a PLUS!)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays
