Delmarva Power Sports is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our growing service department at a top powersports dealership on the East Coast. You will supervise technicians and service writers, ensure efficient workflow, and deliver five-star service to our customers.

Competenze

• 3+ years of service management experience in powersports, automotive, marine, or similar.
• Proven leadership and team-building skills.
• Strong understanding of repair order processing, scheduling, and warranty systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment.
• Familiarity with Lightspeed or similar DMS is a plus.
• Motorcycle endorsement or mechanical knowledge is a bonus.
