Job Description

Are you ready to turn your passion for motorsports and the outdoors into a rewarding career? We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team! This is your opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where culture and customer experience matter just as much as performance.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead day-to-day Service Department operations and ensure the policies, procedures, documentation standards, and customer-service expectations in this handbook are consistently followed.
  • Plan and manage department workflow, technician capacity, scheduling, work-in-process, staffing priorities, and coordination among Service Advisors, Technicians, Parts, Sales, the Warranty Administrator, and the Porter / Expeditor.
  • Review department performance, productivity, efficiency, labor sales, parts-to-labor performance, open repair orders, aging work-in-process, customer follow-up, and other operating measures used by dealership management.
  • Resolve customer-service escalations, disputed repairs, authorization concerns, pricing issues, storage matters, and other exceptions that require management involvement.
  • Coordinate warranty, extended-warranty, recall, service-action, and goodwill matters with the Warranty Administrator, Service Advisors, Parts Department, OEMs, and dealership management as appropriate.
  • Ensure posted retail labor rates are reviewed and ensure eligible OEM warranty labor-rate increases are pursued as soon as permitted.
  • Maintain shop organization, safety, cleanliness, special-tool accountability, unit staging standards, and professional appearance throughout the Service Department.
  • Review repair-order quality and financial controls to confirm labor, parts, fees, authorizations, notes, resolutions, recommendations, and required signatures are complete before final closure.
  • Control storage and long-term storage decisions with the General Manager and ensure documented exceptions are handled consistently.
  • Coach and hold Service Department personnel accountable for their assigned responsibilities and elevate material operational, customer, financial, or compliance issues to dealership management.
What We’re Looking For:
  • A passion for motorsports, outdoor recreation, or power equipment
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the motorsports industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
