Job summary

RideNow Powersports-Ocala is seeking a friendly Sales Specialist to assist customers online and by phone, schedule appointments, and guide buyers through our inventory. You will log interactions in the CRM, follow up with leads, and work with the team to deliver a smooth buying experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of dealership or internet sales experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and online tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming internet leads, phone calls, and inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Confirm and manage appointments; follow up with unsold customers.
• Communicate via email, text, and phone clearly and helpfully.
• Maintain relationships with past customers to build loyalty.
• Learn current inventory and help customers find the right vehicle.
• Log customer information and follow-ups in the CRM for a smooth sales process.
• Collaborate with teammates across departments to ensure a great customer experience.
