Job summary

RideNow Powersports-Ocala is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead a high-volume dealership sales team and drive growth. You will coach staff, implement data-driven strategies, and ensure an outstanding customer experience from lead to delivery.

You will manage the sales lifecycle, optimize inventory and merchandising, and coordinate with Service/Parts while leveraging CRM to close deals and exceed targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales management experience in a high-volume dealership.
• Record of exceeding sales targets and leading teams.
• Experience with CRM systems and dealership software.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership to a sales team with coaching and accountability.
• Implement data-driven sales strategies to grow volume, profitability, and satisfaction.
• Manage full sales lifecycle from lead gen to delivery for each customer.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent and product knowledge.
• Monitor inventory levels and vehicle merchandising with purchasing/ops.
• Manage sales pipeline and CRM for follow-up and timely closes.
• Escalate customer issues and resolve them to protect brand and dealership.
• Collaborate with Service and Parts to drive overall dealership success.
• Stay updated on industry trends, OEM programs, and competitive activity.
