RideNow Powersports-Gainesville is seeking an Internet Sales Specialist to join our growing team. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and handling online leads and phone calls confidently, this could be the perfect role for you.

You will log customer details in our CRM, schedule appointments, and collaborate with teammates to deliver a great buying experience while learning current inventory. This is a commission-based role with opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in dealership or internet sales.
• Strong communication through written and verbal channels.
• Comfortable using CRM software and multiple online tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up habits.
• Friendly, professional attitude and willingness to learn.
• Must be able to sit for prolonged periods at a workstation.
• Must be able to move through dealership premises safely while awareness of moving vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming internet leads, phone calls, and inquiries with professionalism, positivity, and prompt responses.
• Confirm and manage appointments, and follow up with unsold customers.
• Communicate clearly via email, text, and phone, aiming to be helpful and accurate.
• Stay in touch with past customers to build loyalty and long-term relationships.
• Learn and maintain up-to-date knowledge of current inventory and assist customers in finding the right vehicle.
• Log customer information and follow-ups in our CRM to ensure a smooth sales process.
• Work with teammates across departments to deliver a great overall experience.
