Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager, Finance Transformation for the Power & Utilities sector. You will lead teams to design future-proof operating models, deliver transformative finance programs, and drive value by aligning regulatory requirements with strategic objectives.

You’ll work with senior leaders, shape case for change, and guide cross-functional projects across FP&A, close, and reporting, with significant travel as needed. EY supports professional growth and inclusive culture.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
2–4+ years in consulting and Power & Utilities industry.
Experience with P&U finance functions and applications (SAP, Oracle, PowerPlan).
Business case development and digital strategy.
Finance compliance and regulation awareness.
Finance quality, maturity, efficiency and operational risk assessment.
Finance strategy, operating model and transformation roadmap.
Finance sustainability.

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver innovative finance transformation initiatives for Power & Utilities clients.
Design and implement finance operating models and FP&A processes.
Manage project timelines and client engagements, with regular updates.
Oversee shared services design and implementation and outsourcing advisory.
Drive financial close, consolidation and reporting improvements.
Ensure integration of PowerPlan with ERP/EAM systems.
