Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager, Finance Transformation to lead finance transformation programs in the Power & Utilities sector. You will design operating models, drive strategic initiatives and collaborate with senior leadership to deliver sustainable value.

You will manage complex projects, engage clients regularly, and leverage digital technologies to improve financial reporting and planning. Travel of 60-80% is required to meet client needs and lead teams across engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–4 years of consulting experience in Power & Utilities preferred.
• Experience with P&U finance functions and applications (SAP, Oracle, PowerPlan).
• Ability to develop business cases and digital strategies.
• Knowledge of finance compliance and regulation is a plus.
• Experience in finance strategy, operating model design and transformation roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead PowerPlan implementation and ERP/EAM integration.
• Design finance operating models and drive process improvements.
• Develop shared services models and outsourcing advisory.
• Oversee FP&A, close, consolidation and reporting processes.
