Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager, Finance Transformation to lead and shape finance transformation efforts for the Power & Utilities sector. You will help CFOs design operating models, drive sustainable value, and oversee complex transformation programs.

You will collaborate with senior leadership, deliver end-to-end finance improvements, and leverage technology to enable smarter decision-making while traveling extensively to client sites across the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Typically 2–4 years in consulting and power & utilities.
• Experience with P&U finance functions and applications such as SAP, Oracle, and PowerPlan.
• Ability to develop business cases and digital strategies.
• Understanding of finance compliance and regulation.
• Ability to assess finance quality, maturity, efficiency and risk.
• Strategic insight into finance transformation and operating models.
