Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager, Finance Transformation to lead finance transformation initiatives for the Power & Utilities industry. You will design future-proof operating models, enable CFOs to drive sustainable value, and implement programs across finance functions using cutting-edge technologies.

You will work with senior leadership on delivering strategic finance transformations, collaborating across teams, and ensuring compliance with reporting, regulatory, and control standards while traveling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year)** required.
• 2–4 years relevant consulting and Power & Utilities industry experience.
• Experience with P&U finance functions and applications such as SAP, Oracle, and PowerPlan.
• Business case development and digital strategy.
• Finance compliance and regulation awareness.
• Finance sustainability understanding.

Responsibilities

• Implement PowerPlan and integrate with ERP and EAM systems.
• Finance operating model design and processes improvements.
• Shared services and global business services design and implementation.
• Outsourcing advisory and FP&A responsibilities.
• Finance systems and intelligent automation; close, consolidation and reporting.
• Cost management, profitability analysis; P2P and RTR processes.
• Engage with clients, lead sessions, and manage timelines; travel 60–80%.
